Refund policy
Because most Matching Tee by PuffinCraft products are custom-made, personalized, or made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, entering incorrect custom text, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item.
Each custom item is made specifically for the customer who ordered it.
Personalized and Custom Items
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order. Custom text, names, dates, titles, photos, and design selections will be produced according to the information submitted with the order.
We are not responsible for customer-submitted spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong names, wrong sizes, wrong colors, or low-quality uploaded images.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A clear photo of the issue
- A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
If the issue was caused by our production or fulfillment process, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For approved refunds related to damaged, defective, or incorrect delivered items, customers usually do not need to return the delivered package unless we specifically request it.
Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.
If your order has already been printed, customized, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Size Issues
Please review the size chart before placing your order. Since our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size selection issues unless the wrong size was sent due to our mistake.
Color Disclaimer
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, monitor calibration, fabric type, and production batches. Small color variations are not considered defects.
