Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Matching Tee by PuffinCraft. Most of our items are made to order, which means each product is prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time

For shirts and most apparel items, orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

During high-volume seasons such as holidays, graduation season, summer vacation season, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and other major shopping periods, production may occasionally take slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Origin

Our production and fulfillment process is based in Stafford, Texas, USA. We do not publish our full warehouse address on the website for operational and security reasons.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and carrier volume. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the delivery process is controlled by the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery after carrier handoff:

  • Texas and nearby states: usually 2–3 business days
  • Midwest and Southeast destinations such as Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, and surrounding areas: usually 3–4 business days
  • East Coast destinations such as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida: usually 3–5 business days
  • West Coast destinations such as California, Washington, Oregon, and nearby states: usually 4–6 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and remote areas may take longer

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Carrier Delays

We work hard to prepare and ship orders quickly, but carrier delays may happen due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, address issues, or transportation disruptions. Matching Tee by PuffinCraft is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed over.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building office, neighbors, and household members. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before final placement.
