A: For personalized items, please enter the requested details, such as name, date, title, or custom text, in the personalization field before adding the item to your cart. Please carefully review all information before placing your order.

Q: Where will my personalization appear on the product?
A: Your custom text or design will be applied in the area shown in the product images, such as “Your Text” or the indicated personalization area.

Q: Will my text be printed exactly as entered?
A: Yes. Personalization details are printed exactly as submitted. Please check spelling, capitalization, names, dates, and all custom details carefully before placing your order.

Q: Do you provide a proof before production?
A: Proofs are not included as part of our standard process. If you would like to request a proof, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Proof requests cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Q: Can I change my personalization details after placing an order?
A: Changes may be possible if requested shortly after purchase and before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How do I order multiple shirts?
A: Each shirt must be customized and added to the cart separately. This is not a wholesale, bundle, or multi-pack listing. If you need multiple shirts, please personalize each item one by one and add them to your cart separately.

Q: What is the processing time?
A: Most apparel orders are prepared within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, small delays may occasionally occur.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on your shipping method and location. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout before payment. If you need your order sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders over $49.99. Shipping is charged once per cart, not separately for each individual item.

Q: Will tracking information be provided?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after carrier handoff.

Q: How do I select the correct size?
A: Please review the size chart shown in the product images before placing your order. For best results, compare the measurements with a similar shirt you already own.

Q: Does the size chart show full circumference?
A: No. The size chart shows the measurement of one side of the shirt, not the full circumference. Sizing may vary by approximately 1 inch depending on the shirt brand.

Q: Are your shirts unisex?
A: Unless otherwise stated in the product description, most shirts are standard unisex sizing. Women’s v-neck shirts and other special styles may have their own fit and size chart.

Q: How many items are included per listing?
A: Each listing is for one individual item unless clearly stated otherwise. Product images may show multiple shirts, colors, or examples for display and customization reference only.

Q: Are mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe?
A: To help preserve the design quality and extend the life of the product, hand washing is strongly recommended for mugs, tumblers, and drinkware.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because most products are made to order, personalized, or custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos showing the issue. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
