We want everyone to be able to design and order matching shirts and gifts on our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
What we do
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice, that means:
- Pages are built with semantic HTML — real headings, lists, buttons and links — so assistive technology can make sense of them.
- Menus, filters and question-and-answer sections can be opened and used with a keyboard.
- Product and page images have text alternatives describing what they show.
- Text and interface colors are chosen for readable contrast.
- Motion is kept to a minimum and respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Pages work when zoomed and reflow for small screens.
Known limitations
The live product customizer draws your design on a visual canvas. The personalization fields themselves are standard form controls, but the canvas preview may not be fully described to screen readers. If you have trouble personalizing a product, email us — we are happy to help you place your order and confirm exactly how it will look.
Feedback and help
If you run into a barrier anywhere on our website, please tell us at info@matchingtee.com. Include the page address and a short description of the problem. We read every message and reply within 12 hours, and we use this feedback to keep improving.
