Matching shirts are at their best when the whole group is in them — twelve cousins at a reunion, a cruise crew of twenty, a birthday squad on a Saturday night. Here is how to get everyone's shirt right without spending a week in group chats.
How group orders work
There is no special checkout for groups and no minimum order. Each shirt is personalized one at a time: open the design, choose the style, size and color for one person, add their name, and add it to your cart. Repeat for everyone, then check out once.
Because every shirt is made to order, each person can have a different name, size, garment style and color on the same design — adults in unisex tees, grandma in a V-neck, the baby in a bodysuit.
Step 1: Collect sizes first
Do this before anyone opens the customizer. Send one message with a simple template and ask everyone to reply with:
- Name exactly as it should be printed
- Style — adult unisex, women's V-neck, youth, toddler or baby
- Size, checked against our size guide
- Color, if people can choose their own
Put the answers in one list or spreadsheet. It is much faster to enter twenty shirts from a clean list than from a scrolling chat.
Step 2: Agree on one design and one deadline
Pick the design together, then set a deadline for replies that leaves time for production and shipping. Most orders are made and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–6 business days within the US.
For an event, we recommend ordering at least two weeks ahead so there is breathing room for late replies. For Christmas 2026, see our holiday order-by dates.
Step 3: Personalize and double-check
Enter each shirt from your list and check the preview every time. We print exactly what is submitted, so read names out loud before adding them to the cart — a missing letter is the most common group-order mistake.
Step 4: Place the order early
Order as soon as your list is complete. Because orders enter production quickly, changes after ordering cannot be guaranteed.
