Production time
For shirts and most apparel items, orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
During high-volume seasons — Christmas and the holidays, graduation season, summer vacation season, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other major shopping periods — production may occasionally take slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on orders over $69.99. Orders under $69.99 pay a flat $5.99 for standard shipping. Priority fast shipping is $14.90 on any order and is not included in free shipping.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays and carrier volume. Once an order is handed to the carrier, the delivery process is controlled by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery after carrier handoff:

Based on our 1–2 business day production time plus standard carrier estimates. Estimates, not guarantees — December is our busiest month, so earlier is always safer.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Carrier delays
We work hard to prepare and ship orders quickly, but carrier delays may happen due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, address issues or transportation disruptions. MatchingTee by PuffinCraft is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed over.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, we may contact you for a corrected address. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, front door, porch, parcel locker, building office, neighbors and household members. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before final placement.
