Many designs in Personalized Gifts accept your own photo, logo or artwork. Use the highest-resolution file you have, and only upload images you have the right to use.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders enter production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once production has started. We print exactly what is submitted, so please double-check names and dates before ordering.

Most matching shirt designs come in adult unisex S–4XL, youth S–XL, toddler 2T–5T, baby bodysuits from 0–6 to 18–24 months, and women's V-neck S–2XL, plus long-sleeve and Comfort Colors styles on many designs. Each product shows its exact options when you customize it.

Adult unisex tees have a classic, relaxed fit. Women's V-necks are cut slimmer, so many people size up. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. Our size guide has measurements for every style.

We work hard to show colors accurately, but screens, lighting and fabric batches differ, so small variations are normal and not considered defects.

Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip bleach and never iron directly over the print.

Most orders are made and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery then usually takes 2–6 business days depending on where you live — Texas and nearby states are fastest, the West Coast takes longest.

For delivery anywhere in the contiguous US, order by December 11. Addresses closer to Texas can order a few days later — see our shipping page for every region. These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $69.99. Smaller orders pay a flat $5.99. Priority fast shipping is $14.90 on any order and is not included in free shipping.

Yes. We email your tracking number when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.

Our delivery estimates cover addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses, which can take longer.

Because every item is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors or text chosen at checkout, or a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will make it right.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item and a photo of the issue. If it was our mistake, we will offer a reprint, replacement, store credit or refund — usually without you needing to send anything back.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
