Our products
MatchingTee by PuffinCraft offers made-to-order custom matching apparel, personalized shirts, custom gifts and special-occasion products for families, groups, events, celebrations, vacations, graduations, reunions, birthdays, holidays and other meaningful moments.
Most products are made to order, personalized or custom-made according to the size, color, design, text, name, date, uploaded image or other personalization details you select.
Orders and personalization
You are responsible for reviewing every personalization detail — spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors and uploaded images — before placing an order. We produce items exactly as submitted. The live preview shows how your design is placed; final print position and scale may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that contain content we believe may be unlawful, infringing, offensive or unsuitable for production, or orders affected by a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, including any options you select during personalization. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which also covers cancellations.
Product and color disclaimer
We make every effort to display product images, colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, monitor calibration, fabric type, product style, supplier availability and production batches. Small color differences, sizing variations or shade differences between brands and styles are not considered defects.
Content you submit
You are responsible for making sure any image, logo, text, name, phrase, artwork or other content you submit does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it for the sole purpose of producing, fulfilling and supporting your order.
Intellectual property
All website content — including product images, text, graphics, designs, logos, brand elements, layout and visual materials — is owned by or licensed to PuffinCraft LLC.
